The Property was bought by an American Professor teaching in Paris, who stumbled on the property by chance when he took a trip to the Côte d’Azur. He fell in love with the area especially the more genuine and authentic Italian villages. He restored the Mill and turned it into a unique and comfortable home. When he retired, he decided to turn it into his main residence and stayed there until he passed away in the mid-90’s.
